By using BitSimp you agree to these terms. BitSimp is a notebook for comedians: you write, record and organise your own material.
1. The Comedian IP Pledge
You own your jokes. BitSimp claims zero ownership or copyright over any bit, punchline, premise, audio recording, setlist, or note you create in this app.
No AI Training: We will NEVER use your authored text, audio memos, or performance recordings to train public foundation models or language models.
Transcription turns your audio into your exact words. We never rewrite, clean up, paraphrase or edit what you said.
2. Subscription & Billing
BitSimp Pro is offered as an auto-renewing subscription (monthly or annually) processed securely through the Apple App Store / Google Play.
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID / Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your device Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited upon purchasing a subscription.
3. Acceptable Use
Don't use BitSimp to break the law, upload someone else's material as your own, or attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer or overload the service. Keep your sign-in details private — you are responsible for activity under your account. You can delete your account at any time from Settings, which permanently erases your bits, sets and recordings.
4. Disclaimer
We work hard to keep BitSimp reliable and to back your work up, but the service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, BitSimp is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost material. Keep your own exports of anything irreplaceable — you can download a full backup from Settings at any time.
5. Changes & Support
