1. Data we collect
Your account email and authentication data, so you can sign in and sync.
Voice audio clips, strictly for the purpose of generating automated speech-to-text transcriptions through our secure transcription pipeline.
App diagnostics and crash telemetry, so we can fix what breaks.
2. How we use it
Voice files are processed transiently for transcription and then stored in your private, secure storage vault. Only you can open them.
We do not sell your personal data, your material or your usage habits to third-party data brokers or advertisers. We never use your text or audio to train public foundation models or language models.
3. Security & retention
Cloud sync data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and protected by row-level security, so every request is scoped to your account only.
Your bits stay on your device and in your account for as long as you keep them. Delete a bit or a take and it goes from both.
4. Deleting your account
Open Settings → Account → Delete account to permanently erase your account and every bit, set, note and audio file attached to it. This can't be undone. If you'd rather we do it for you, email support@bitsimp.com.
